'Drill' is not one, but actually many similar events that are put together.  They include Color Guard, Armed and Unarmed Regulation Drill, and Armed and Unarmed Exhibition Drill.  Cadets can learn and improve teamwork, confidence, discipline, alertness, attention to detail, espirit de corps, and pride through drilling. It impresses our cadets with habits of obedience and precision.  Through drill team cadets get an equal chance at leading and following, which is an applicable trait to any aspect of life.
